| Not at the moment. We have 5-6 charities that we support and we donate an equal amount to them each month at this stage. What we do for our chosen charities in partnership with you, our members, will continually evolve, so we’ll keep you in the loop and also welcome your ideas as we grow together. | Yes. You can help by sharing the deal with your friends and family through email, facebook, or twitter. When you share there will definitely be people in your network that also want the same deal and once they buy we’re one step closer to the deal being activated and everyone Loving it UP together! | |
| + | How do I know if the deal is activated and when do I get my voucher? |
| You can see if the deal is active on Today’s Deal page. You will see that it either shows “x more purchases needed to be active” or “The deal is UP!” | |
| + | What do I do if the daily deal was activated but I didn’t receive my voucher? |
| Your voucher will be emailed to you as soon as the time period to buy expires. Most deals are 24 hours so as soon as the time runs out or the deal is sold out your voucher will be emailed. Make sure you also check your spam or junk folder as it may have landed in there... If you are still concerned and don’t see it in your junk or spam folder please email us or call 1 800 LOVE IT so we can help you. | |

| No. You can use your voucher between the dates specified on the “Conditions”. Conditions are found on the deal page and on your voucher. | |

| Yes. Every deal has an expiry that is stated clearly on the “Conditions” of the deal and will also be on your voucher. Please make sure you redeem your vouchers within the expiration period as we cannot offer refunds on expired vouchers. | |

| Super easy! Simply click on “Buy as a Gift” button on the deal page and you will go through to the gift buying page where you can simply put the receivers name on the voucher. You will receive that voucher in your own email inbox so you can send it to them directly. You can also “add more as a gift” from the regular buy button so you can buy for yourself plus add on more for gifts. And BTW - the receiver will only see the value of the offer on their voucher, they will not see how much you paid for it…so you get to look like a real big spender and earn some brownie points…awesome! | |

| Lucky you! Simply read the “Conditions” on your voucher and redeem as specified. | Your voucher is safe, don’t worry. It’s also available for print in the account you set called “My Account”. All you need to do is log in and click on My Account and you will see all your purchases. You can click to download any one of them, but remember, you can only use them once... If you have any trouble at all, contact our support team and they will assist you. | |
